We are seeking a Solution Sales Expert Technology Research & Innovation who can translate this breadth of expertise into strategic growth and long-term executive partnerships across the Saudi market.

What You Will Do

Account Ownership & Strategic Leadership

  • Serve as the Technology Research & Innovation solution owner within assigned strategic accounts, owning the end-to-end innovation relationship.
  • Develop and execute multi-year innovation account strategies aligned with client digital agendas and ICG growth objectives.
  • Act as a trusted innovation advisor, shaping executive technology roadmaps and future-state transformation strategies.

Customer Value & Transformation

  • Lead value discovery sessions across emerging technologies, digital innovation strategy, R&D initiatives, proof-of-concepts, and innovation labs.
  • Assess current technology maturity, identify innovation gaps, and design prioritized research and innovation roadmaps aligned with Vision 2030 and national digital priorities.

Pipeline & Revenue Growth

  • Identify, qualify, and expand technology research and innovation opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Build and forecast a strong innovation pipeline and drive opportunities from executive discovery to close.
  • Drive whitespace expansion and multi-year innovation and advisory programs across public and enterprise sectors.

Innovation & Technology Enablement

  • Position emerging technologiesincluding AI, automation, cloud-native architectures, IoT, and advanced analyticsas strategic enablers of competitive advantage and long-term growth.
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives for innovation programs, pilots, and scalable transformation initiatives.

Executive Engagement & Commercial Ownership

  • Develop executive-level value narratives and business cases focused on innovation ROI, digital competitiveness, and strategic differentiation.
  • Lead complex pricing discussions, contract structuring, and long-term innovation partnerships.

Adoption & Governance

  • Partner with research, engineering, and advisory teams to ensure successful pilot execution, knowledge transfer, and measurable innovation outcomes.
  • Lead QBRs focused on innovation progress, scalability, and future growth opportunities.

Ecosystem & Partner Collaboration

  • Collaborate with consulting partners, technology providers, and systems integrators operating in KSA Deloitte, PwC, EY, McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, etc. & other Saudi SIs to co-develop joint innovation initiatives and accelerate customer outcomes.

Cross-Functional Orchestration

  • Orchestrate research analysts, innovation strategists, technology architects, and delivery teams to ensure disciplined execution across the innovation lifecycle.

What You Bring

  • 10 15+ years of enterprise technology sales, consulting, or innovation program experience within KSA.
  • Proven success selling technology research, innovation programs, or emerging technology transformation services in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience closing complex, multi-year innovation or advisory engagements locally.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with consulting partners and systems integrators operating in KSA (Deloitte, PwC, EY, McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, etc.).
  • Strong executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Innovation Officers, and digital leadership in the Saudi market.
  • Deep understanding of Vision 2030, national digital transformation priorities, and emerging technology trends.
  • Arabic & English fluency required.
