Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Manager with strong expertise in Digital SaaS solutions, specifically Customer Experience (CX), CCaaS, and Salesforce platforms, to drive revenue growth across UAE and KSA markets. The role requires a consultative sales approach, deep regional market knowledge, and a proven ability to close complex enterprise deals.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition for SaaS, CX, CCaaS, and Salesforce solutions.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to closure.
- Build and maintain a strong enterprise pipeline across UAE and KSA.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and C-level decision makers.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Lead RFP/RFI responses and commercial negotiations.
- Manage strategic accounts and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field.
- 810 years of sales experience in SaaS / Cloud / Digital solutions.
- Proven experience selling CX platforms, CCaaS, and Salesforce solutions.
- Demonstrated success in closing large, complex enterprise deals.
- Strong exposure to UAE and KSA markets.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and system integrators preferred.
