Role Purpose -
Responsible for Retail strategy in order to ensure that the long-term strategic and financial objectives are achieved. Responsible for managing the day-to-day activity of the retail network, ensuring that the short-term sales objectives are reached
Responsibilities we entrust you with -
- Engage with merchants to introduce and promote the Payment solutions
- Understand the merchant's business model, payment requirements, and integration needs
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations tailored to merchant requirements
- Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to design and propose customized payment solutions
- Serve as a strategic advisor to key accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant stakeholders to drive long-term business growth
- Continuously monitor merchant performance and provide insights to enhance product adoption and satisfaction
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts
What matters in this role -
- 2 to 4 years in Individual Contributor capacity in frontline sales role or account management role
- Prior experience in POS/Payment gateway solution sales
- Prior experience in the UAE region
