Solutions Architect

Client Introduction

In this role, you will collaborate closely with one of our esteemed clients—a global leader in their industry, recognized for their commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence. They have partnered with Dautom as their trusted IT consulting provider for upcoming strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end cloud-native architectures on Microsoft Azure aligned with business and technical requirements
• Architect and support hybrid cloud environments, integrating Azure with on-premises infrastructure
• Translate high-level requirements into detailed, implementable technical designs
• Work closely with development, DevOps, SRE, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful delivery
• Provide hands-on guidance and, where applicable, implement architectural components
• Define best practices for scalability, security, availability, performance, and cost optimization
• Support CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure-as-code initiatives
• Review existing systems and recommend modernization or cloud migration strategies
• Ensure architectures follow cloud-native principles and operational best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of overall IT experience, with significant time in solution architecture roles
• Strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (mandatory)
• Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end Azure architectures
• Background in DevOps and/or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• Experience with hybrid cloud and on-premises to Azure integrations
• Solid understanding of:
• Azure compute, networking, storage, and security services
• Cloud-native architecture patterns
• CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Infrastructure as Code (e.g., ARM, Bicep, Terraform)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of architecture delivery

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Software development background (highly preferred)
• Experience implementing solutions, not just designing them
• Exposure to other cloud providers (AWS, GCP) is a plus, but Azure remains the primary requirement
• Experience with CRM platforms (nice to have, not required)
