Core domain and techno-functional competencies:
- Experience with implementation and Production support of corporate banking solutions is MUST to apply for this role
- Experience in Corporate banking products and services is a MUST
- Experience in Core banking systems (as Temenos, Finacle, Oracle etc.) is a MUST
- Experience in designing and using APIs, microservices, and integration solutions is MUST
- Strong experience with implementation and Production support for one or more of the below domains
- Strong experience in digital journey for corporate banking client
- Strong experience in architecting integration of applications to create bespoke solution for large corporates
- Take up on-call rotation role and provide 24/7 technical support.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues efficiently, provide Root cause analysis, and provider permanent resolution.
- Graphical reporting for the health of supported systems.
- Coordination with respective product owner(s) for strategic enhancements to improve the systems resilience.
Functional Competencies:
- Understanding of Corporate banking products and services
- Knowledge of UAE banking regulations, Central Bank guidelines, Open Banking and international banking standards.
- Insight into risk assessment, fraud detection, and mitigation strategies
- Understanding in payment systems, transaction processing, and settlement mechanisms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex banking challenges.
- Flexibility to adapt to the rapidly changing banking landscape and new technologies.
- Knowledge of best practices for change management and code releases.
Technical competencies:
- Experience in software development, including proficiency in programming languages (Java, .net Core and frameworks.
- Strong hands-on experience of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and moderate knowledge NoSQL databases (like MongoDB).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure).
- Experience in designing and using APIs, microservices, and integration solutions.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles, data privacy regulations and security architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools.
- Awareness of emerging technologies in Fintech, such as blockchain, AI/ML, and digital wallets.
- Proficiency in architectural design tools (Visio, Draw.io).
- Familiarity with project management software (JIRA, Confluence)
