Qualification and Skills required:

Bachelor's + degree in relevant field

10+ years of experience in CRM

5+ Years of experience in CRM architect role

Thorough understanding of the Dynamics 365 CE platform, including its various

modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service) and their capabilities, is

essential. Solution architects should be proficient in configuring, customizing, and

extending Dynamics 365 CE to meet complex business requirements.

5. Ability to design scalable, robust, and flexible solutions that align with business

objectives and adhere to best practices.

1. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

2. Logic Apps

3. Power Platform

4. Web APIs
