Position Objective
We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to design and lead the development of a digital platform supporting logistics, energy demand planning, and field operations. The platform will integrate ERP systems, mobile apps, real-time vehicle tracking, and data-driven insights. Exposure to Togaf, TM forum, Cloud Architecture, Odoo ERP and AI/ML solutions is desirable.
- Creating strategies and roadmaps to align technology with business goals
- Defining a clear product/solution vision for scalability and efficiency
- Selecting the most suitable technologies for robust solutions
- Designing multi-layered architectures, including High-Level Design (HLD) and enterprise frameworks
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps to guide platform development in logistics, energy demand planning, and field operations
- Define a product vision for a unified digital platform integrating ERP, mobile applications, real-time tracking, and analytics
- Select and implement optimal technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Terraform, AI/ML frameworks) based on scalability, cost, and interoperability
- Architect multi-layered solutions:
- # Presentation Layer: Mobile-first apps for field activity tracking
- # Application Layer: Microservices for operational workflows
- # Data Layer: Real-time IoT telemetry and database management
- # Infrastructure Layer: Cloud-native deployment for scalability
- Create High-Level Design (HLD) documents outlining system architecture, data flows, and integrations
- Apply enterprise frameworks (TOGAF, TM Forum) to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability
- Drive system integrations with SAP, .NET applications, and IoT platforms using an API-first approach
- Enable AI/ML use cases (demand forecasting, anomaly detection, predictive analytics) from an architectural perspective
- Build digital checklists, automated workflows, and order validation systems
- Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Monitoring, and Procurement teams
- Lead development teams, provide technical guidance, and present insights to stakeholders
Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
- Master's in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Computing, or Data/AI preferred
- 1220 years in solution architecture, with 5+ years as a Solution Architect in logistics, energy, or field operations
- Mandatory Certifications:
- TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework)
- TM Forum (eTOM/TAM/SID or equivalent)
- ITIL (Service Management)
- At least one Cloud Architect certification (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Nice to Have:
- ArchiMate or SABSA / CISSP (Security Architecture) or Integration / API certifications
- Technical Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory):
- Cloud-native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Terraform, Ansible)
- Mobile application architecture
- AI/ML-enabled platforms exposure
- API-first integrations and IoT systems
- ERP platforms (Odoo, SAP, or similar)
