Solutions Architect

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to design, implement, and optimize customer engagement solutions for the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM modules, strong knowledge of banking processes, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the solution design and architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM implementations within banking environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements across customer onboarding, loan origination, payments, compliance, and customer service.
• Design and configure CRM modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service, tailored to banking workflows.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with core banking systems, payment gateways, and regulatory compliance platforms.
• Oversee Azure and Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to extend CRM capabilities.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and data privacy standards (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR, local banking regulations).
• Deliver documentation, architecture diagrams, and governance frameworks for long-term sustainability.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution architecture and implementation.
• Strong domain knowledge in banking and financial services, particularly in E-payments, customer onboarding, and compliance processes.
• Hands-on experience with Azure administration, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and Power Platform.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale CRM projects with measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure highly desirable.
