About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Genesys Architect to support the design and build-out of a new contact centre. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on architecture expertise, and deep knowledge of Genesys technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build a complete Genesys Contact Centre solution
• Define architecture, system components, integrations, and deployment standards
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
• Support system testing, optimisation, and handover documentation
• Ensure adherence to architecture best practices and enterprise standards

Required Skills & Technologies

• Genesys (core must-have)
• VOIP
• Cloud Platforms: AWS or Azure
• Strong experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect
• Minimum 4+ years in similar roles

Additional Requirement

• Candidates must already possess a valid visa or work permit that allows employment in Dubai. Sponsorship or visa provision is not included.
