Professional Experience

• 10 plus years of experience in application development, technical architecture, solution architecture, enterprise systems, or technology delivery roles.
• 5 plus years of experience in application architecture, technical solution design, or enterprise wide solution architecture.
• Proven experience designing and delivering large scale enterprise application solutions across custom applications, SaaS platforms, cloud services, and packaged business systems.
• Strong experience translating business requirements into end-to-end technical designs covering applications, data flows, integrations, infrastructure, security, cloud, and operations.
• Experience working with Architecture Review Boards, enterprise architecture teams, and domain architects to review, govern, and align solution designs.
• Strong background in application modernization, platform consolidation, cloud adoption, technical debt reduction, and legacy system rationalization.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, including application hosting, deployment patterns, scalability, security, monitoring, and cost awareness.
• Experience working with integration teams on APIs, middleware, event based flows, data exchange, and system interaction patterns.
• Experience guiding engineering teams on application design, technical patterns, DevOps practices, CI/CD, automation, testing, deployment, and production readiness.
• Retail, ecommerce, hospitality, supply chain, or enterprise business systems experience strongly preferred.

• AI Enabled Architecture: Practical understanding of generative AI, machine learning enabled applications, AI APIs, intelligent search, automation, prompt enabled workflows, responsible AI, data privacy, model integration, and AI solution governance.
• Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, hybrid cloud, application hosting, cloud services, deployment patterns, cloud security, scalability, resilience, and cost optimization.
• Integration Design: REST APIs, event driven architecture, middleware, messaging, file based integrations, data exchange patterns, and system interaction models in partnership with the integration architect.
• Infrastructure Design: Hosting, compute, storage, networking, load balancing, application gateways, backup, disaster recovery, high availability, and operational support considerations.
• Security by Design: IAM, SSO, MFA, role based access, encryption, secure APIs, data protection, vulnerability management, application security, privacy, and compliance alignment.
• DevOps and Automation: CI/CD, release management, environment strategy, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, automated testing, deployment automation, and infrastructure as code awareness.
• Observability and Operations: Monitoring, logging, alerting, performance management, incident readiness, production support, operational handover, and service reliability.
• Architecture Documentation: Solution architecture documents, application diagrams, system context diagrams, data flow diagrams, deployment views, technical design documents, and architecture decision records.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and long-term infrastructure strategy
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
