Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Engage with customers to identify business challenges, understand their needs, and position advanced solutions such as OTS, APC, PIMS/ALMS, Asset & Energy Management, and Cybersecurity.
  • Manage the Smart Manufacturing and Digital Solutions portfolio from a sales and positioning perspective, including solution demonstrations and customer briefings.
  • Drive adoption of focused applications within assigned industries or accounts by highlighting business value and benefits.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients in assigned accounts, ensuring clear communication and alignment with their expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, partners) to scope and propose appropriate solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality preparation of sales deliverables, proposals, and presentations to support customer engagements.
  • Support the sales process by gathering customer requirements, documenting business needs, and enabling technical teams to design solutions.
  • Leverage industry knowledge and frameworks such as SIRI/COSIRI assessments to engage customers and demonstrate solution value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, partners, and internal teams to drive solution adoption and business growth.
  • Participate in commercial negotiations and collaborate with RHQ DES sales teams to secure orders, ensuring proposals and pricing align with customer expectations and business objectives.

Qualification And Experience

  • Bachelors Eng./Comp Science/Chemical and minimum 7 years industry experience in Solution Business, software development, engineering discipline and sales
  • Minimum 4 years experience designing or implementing Smart Manufacturing or Digital applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
  • Knowledge and awareness of Advanced Solutions not limited Operator Training Simulators (OTS), Cybersecurity, Advanced Process Control (APC), PIMS/ALMS, Asset Management, Energy Management, etc.
  • Awareness of Market Trend and different Digitalization< AL applications Aspects applicable in the industry.
  • Must be willing and able to travel

  • Competencies

    • Good communication skills, a team player, ability to energize
    • Knowledge of DCS/ICSS & OT domain
    • Knowledge of Oil and Gas, Mining, or specialized chemical Domain will be a plus
    • Strong Knowledge on Advanced Solution & IIOT concepts
    • Knowledge on Latest's market trend

    Skills

    • Strong understanding of advanced solutions such as Operator Training Simulators (OTS), APC, PIMS/ALMS, Asset Management, Energy Management, AI/Machine Learning and Cybersecurity.
    • Good knowledge of Smart Manufacturing and Digital Transformation technologies, including MES/DX, SCADA, automated data collection, workflow management, visualization, and ERP interfaces.
    • Familiarity with industry frameworks and assessments, such as SIRI/COSIRI, to support solution positioning and customer engagement.
    • Excellent commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to structure proposals and agreements aligned with customer expectations and business objectives.
    • Strong customer engagement and relationship management skills, with experience in building long-term partnerships and trust with stakeholders.
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of customer operations, challenges, and industry trends.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams, partners, and customers.
