About the Role
Keeta is looking for a highly analytical and strategic Solutions Business Partner to support the growth of our key accounts by designing and implementing data-driven operational solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to improve performance, optimize operations, and deliver tailored strategies for strategic clients.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and operations, making it ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, understands business performance drivers, and enjoys turning insights into impactful actions.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-depth category and industry analysis to understand client performance, identify gaps, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Design and implement customized operational and sales strategies for strategic accounts, driving measurable business impact.
- Leverage data and SQL to analyze performance trends, identify anomalies, and provide actionable insights.
- Partner closely with Account Managers to support client growth, operational excellence, and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to execute solutions and optimize performance.
- Lead key projects such as brand onboarding, campaign optimization, and service improvement initiatives.
- Develop and standardize playbooks, tools, and processes to scale best practices across accounts.
What We Need From You
- Strong analytical background, ideally from food delivery, e-commerce, or tech environments.
- Solid understanding of category performance, trends, and business drivers.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis
- Ability to understand brand DNA and operational dynamics of partners.
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Knowledge of the UAE market is an advantage.
