RESPONSIBILITIES
Solutions Design & Proposal Submissions
- Scope & Design Air Quality solutions utilizing the range of technologies available and the budget guidelines
- Update technical information, CAD Drawings & layout updates
- Calculate BOQ & update pricing matrix for project scope, commercials and execution guidelines
- Provide client with all submittal documents
- Maintain profitability of the projects by ensuring the right pricing and cost management
- Update all the files on internal templates of the organization
Project Planning & Execution (along with Project Engineer)
- Project planning & review execution against project scope (from the solution design process)
- Sourcing, pricing information collection, and also identifying suppliers for new products / technologies
Records Management & Reporting
- Manage accurate and timely (daily) records for all activities, procurements, purchases and maintenance records for all customers/projects
Presentation, Product Information & Other documentation:
- Create updated tender templates, product information templates and other submission documents like Project reports, submittals, etc.
- Ensure all the data is accurate and relevant to each project/client submission
Innovation & Growth
- Review New Products / Solutions / Technologies for enhancing solutions / innovation and business growth
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of related experience as a consultant/MEP Engineer/Design Engineer (HVAC / Air Quality/ MEP industry)
- Specific experience in Procurement / Estimation / Solution Design is desirable
- Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Knowledge and understanding of specifications process along with relevant documentation
- Effective time management skills.
- Strong MS Office skills
