About the Role
Our client is seeking a Solutions Engineer (Freelance) to join their high-impact team in Riyadh. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical force behind customer success, driving innovation and delivering value through advanced F5 solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Champion the strategy, messaging, and positioning of F5 solutions to align with customer business objectives.
- Deliver technical expertise through impactful sales presentations, solution designs, demonstrations, and proof of concepts both virtually and in-person.
- Assess and map business opportunities within customer organizations, identifying where F5 technology can drive the most value.
- Partner with Account Managers and local SE teams to drive the sales process, tailoring solutions to specific customer requirements.
- Provide world-class customer service throughout the customer and partner lifecycle, sharing best practices across regional and global teams.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Management, and Pre-Sales resources to share updates, insights, and F5 positioning.
Technical Skills
- Deep knowledge of Telco infrastructures, data centers, virtualization, and cloud computing environments.
- Experience with Application Identification/DPI technologies (preferred).
- Expertise in Service Provider mobile network architectures and protocols, with a focus on 3GPP standards.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, SCM tools, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.).
- Understanding of RFx processes.
- Strong background in network and application security.
- Experience with AI-related projects or a strong willingness to learn about AI infrastructure challenges.
- Familiarity with F5 technology or similar industry solutions is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Network Equipment Providers ecosystem, especially with Ericsson and Nokia.
Language Proficiency
- Fluent verbal and written English is required.
Other Requirements
- Ability to engage in customer and partner meetings (remote or face-to-face) for at least 50% of the time.
- Self-driven, with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or similar project frameworks is advantageous.
- Based in Riyadh or able to work remotely with flexibility for in-person meetings as needed.
