About the Role:
This role is responsible for leading the development and continuous improvement of digital solutions across asset management platforms. It involves end-to-end product ownershipfrom conceptualization to deploymentensuring reliability, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions supporting industrial operations.
- Oversee integration across enterprise systems, ensuring interoperability and performance.
- Apply agile and DevOps methodologies to manage development cycles and ensure efficient product delivery.
- Utilize cloud and containerized infrastructure to build resilient and scalable systems.
- Enforce software quality, cybersecurity, and compliance standards throughout the development lifecycle.
- Prepare technical documentation and facilitate smooth knowledge transfer across teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and track delivery.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Product Management.
- 8+ years of experience in software/product engineering within industrial or enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in microservices, full-stack development, and cloud-native architectures.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills
