Solutions Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in delivering supply chain digitalization solutions to clients, leveraging our Business Unit's software portfolio, including supply chain execution software, Control Tower, Planning, and AI Agents.
• Possess a deep understanding of supply chain digital transformation scenarios, with proven end-to-end delivery experience in software projects. Familiarity with retail O2O transformation and express logistics operations is highly preferred.
• Demonstrate strong business communication skills in English and the ability to draft high-quality solution proposals and presentations.
• Be highly proactive, self-driven, and always customer-value oriented.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, IT, AI, or related fields.
• 5+ years of working experience in software product management, software project delivery, or supply chain consulting.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (prefer) is required to effectively engage with local clients and stakeholders.
