We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sonographer to join a leading healthcare facility in Al Ain. The successful candidate will perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations, assist physicians in patient diagnosis, and ensure excellent patient care while maintaining compliance with UAE healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, pelvic, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, small parts, and musculoskeletal imaging as required.
Prepare patients for ultrasound procedures by explaining the examination process and ensuring patient comfort.
Acquire high-quality diagnostic images and provide preliminary observations to the radiologist when appropriate.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and examination findings.
Adhere to infection prevention, radiation safety (where applicable), and quality assurance protocols.
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostic services.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with hospital policies and UAE healthcare regulations.
Participate in continuous professional development and departmental quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Medical Imaging, or a related field.
Valid DHA/DOH/MOH license or eligibility as a Sonographer is preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in diagnostic ultrasound.
Experience in general ultrasound; experience in obstetric, vascular, or cardiac ultrasound is an advantage.
Current BLS certification is preferred
