Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sourcing Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier agreements to optimize terms and conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Production, and Finance to align sourcing activities with company requirements
- Lead risk management initiatives and maintain compliance with applicable regulations and company policies
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to drive innovation and continuous improvement in the sourcing process
- Prepare and present sourcing performance and cost-saving reports to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sourcing and vendor development
- Strong experience in raw materials and packaging sourcing.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract development skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance to make strategic sourcing decisions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Fluency in English is required
