Job Title: - Sourcing /procurement Specialist

Duration: 1 Year and Extendable

Location: - Abu Dhabi

Role Summary: -

The Sourcing Specialist will manage the buying process for a given set of goods. Apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets. Understands concepts, methods, procedures and approaches

Essential Responsibilities: -

As a Sourcing Specialist - Buying/ Procurement, you will be responsible for:

• Managing PO, from RFQ (request for quote), negotiation, PO placement, maintenance and follow up/fulfillment. Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution. Manage problems and schedule changes. Update ERP.
• Elaborate proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in their own field.
• Minimum 5 Years in Procurement and Sourcing.
• Hands-on experience in Computer, Oracle, MS Office
• Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
• Contributing to project as a team member.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Education

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma)
