Sourcing Specialist Procurement (3 Months Contract)

• Mandatory – 3-5 years of sourcing/procurement experience in Visual Merchandising (VM), Fabrication, or Gifting categories.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned sourcing projects from RFQ to supplier selection.
• Receive and review sourcing requests from internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and issue RFIs/RFQs to approved suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and collaborate with business stakeholders on technical and commercial assessments.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules to achieve the best total cost of ownership.
• Recommend preferred suppliers and support the procurement approval process.
• Coordinate with the Legal team for supplier agreements and contracts.
• Conduct supplier visits and assess supplier capabilities and production facilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Ensure sourcing activities are completed within agreed timelines and company procurement policies.
