Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to meet the company's sourcing requirements
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Production, and Quality Assurance to ensure specifications and compliance
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to optimize the procurement strategy
- Develop and maintain sourcing strategies to ensure a competitive advantage
- Prepare and present sourcing reports and recommendations to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- 0_2 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sourcing decisions
- Excellent English, communication and interpersonal skills
