Location: Doha, Qatar
Overview
Lead strategic sourcing, procurement governance, and vendor management to optimize costs, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality supplier performance. Act as a key liaison between business, finance, legal, and vendors to drive value and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies and procurement policies.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing: RFP/RFQ evaluation negotiation award.
- Conduct market research, supplier benchmarking, and cost optimization.
- Onboard, segment, and evaluate vendors; track SLAs, KPIs, and performance.
- Lead contract negotiations; ensure compliance and maintain centralized repository.
- Conduct vendor reviews and manage risks, escalations, and continuous improvement.
- Drive procurement savings, standardization, and process efficiency.

- 812+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
- Experience managing enterprise vendors and contracts
- Certifications preferred: CIPS, CPSM, PMP/PRINCE2

- Procurement & Vendor Platforms: SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement, Coupa
- Contract Management: CLM tools
- Reporting & Analytics: Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel
- Collaboration & Workflow: SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, Jira, ServiceNow
