Role Description
This is a full-time, hands-on role for a Sous Chef in Curio Collection by Hilton Jeddah. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, banquets, events and outside catering.
Other responsibilities include menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards. Additionally, the Sous Chef will oversee kitchen staff, ensure food quality and presentation, and manage inventory and supplies. They will also collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative dishes and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
