We are actively looking for motivated SP Planner to join our Services Team.
Core Competencies:
- Service Request & SLA Management
- Track and follow up on daily open service requests.
- Ensure accurate and timely allocation of spare parts through internal transfers and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure compliance with defined SLAs.
- Inventory Planning & Replenishment
- Monitor spare parts stock levels across technical/service centers.
- Maintain safety stock levels for fast-moving and critical spare parts.
- Plan and execute weekly replenishment activities to avoid service interruptions.
- Purchasing Coordination (Local & Imported)
- Request and evaluate quotations from approved local suppliers.
- Initiate and follow up on purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clearance teams, and warehouses to ensure timely receipt and system inbounding of imported shipments.
- Follow up on invoicing and documentation until full closure.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Calculate, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
- Fill Rate
- Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Aging
- Identify performance gaps and support corrective action plans to enhance operational efficiency.
- Returns & Reverse Logistics
- Follow up on return-to-vendor processes for both good and faulty spare parts.
- Manage redundancy returns to the Distribution Center (DC).
- Ensure proper documentation, system updates, and timely closure of return cases.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- University grade and Previous Experienced on CE / IT after sales operations
- Proven experience in spare parts planning 3Y min
- High Multi-tasking capabilities
- Initiative , Problem solving personnel
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
- Excellent English Spoken / written capabilities
