Job Description

We are actively looking for motivated SP Planner to join our Services Team.

Core Competencies:

  • Service Request & SLA Management
  • Track and follow up on daily open service requests.
  • Ensure accurate and timely allocation of spare parts through internal transfers and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure compliance with defined SLAs.
  • Inventory Planning & Replenishment
  • Monitor spare parts stock levels across technical/service centers.
  • Maintain safety stock levels for fast-moving and critical spare parts.
  • Plan and execute weekly replenishment activities to avoid service interruptions.
  • Purchasing Coordination (Local & Imported)
  • Request and evaluate quotations from approved local suppliers.
  • Initiate and follow up on purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clearance teams, and warehouses to ensure timely receipt and system inbounding of imported shipments.
  • Follow up on invoicing and documentation until full closure.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Calculate, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
  • Fill Rate
  • Turnaround Time (TAT)
  • Aging
  • Identify performance gaps and support corrective action plans to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Returns & Reverse Logistics
  • Follow up on return-to-vendor processes for both good and faulty spare parts.
  • Manage redundancy returns to the Distribution Center (DC).
  • Ensure proper documentation, system updates, and timely closure of return cases.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • University grade and Previous Experienced on CE / IT after sales operations
  • Proven experience in spare parts planning 3Y min
  • High Multi-tasking capabilities
  • Initiative , Problem solving personnel
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
  • Excellent English Spoken / written capabilities
