Position Summary

The SP3D CAD Coordinator will oversee the administration and management of HEXAGON SP3D CAD systems for the Abadi LNG project, ensuring efficient multi-discipline coordination, data integrity, and project delivery across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and issue the SP3D CAD Execution Plan.
• Support the Company Project Systems Integration Map and configure CAD systems to project specifications.
• Administer HEXAGON SP3D Global Work Share (GWS) system:
  • Set up and monitor scheduled updates between locations.
  • Coordinate distribution of project databases.
• Prepare models for design reviews and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide multi-discipline CAD administration support, including:
  • Day-to-day SP3D project data maintenance
  • Scheduling administrative tasks
  • Running interference detection processes (clash checks)
  • Producing reports and troubleshooting SP3D issues
  • Ensuring overall data consistency and reliability
  • Performing project backups and restores
  • Administrate SP3D user Licenses
  • Schedule and validate all SP3D database back-ups for the project
  • Create and Maintain Plot files
  • Creation and maintenance of Orthographic Drawing set up to meet client requirements
  • Creation and maintenance of isometric drawing set up and isometric trouble shooting
  • Recovery of files as requested by the project
  • Responsible for all SP3D and SP3D related CAD software including support design and configuration of Piping, structural, Electrical, Equipment (all disciplines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15-20 years of experience in SP3D CAD administration and coordination.
• Experience supporting Oil & Gas or LNG projects.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • HEXAGON SP3D Global and SP3D Administration
  • SP3D project setup, customization, and configuration
  • Catalogues and specifications
  • Draft Administration settings (representations, styles, hatching libraries, backing sheets, symbol libraries)
  • Isometric Administration settings (underlays, option files)
