Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SPA Assistant Manager with 2 years of experience in luxury spa or five-star hospitality environments to oversee spa operations within our premium residential community. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional wellness experiences aligned with high-end real estate brand standards and elite clientele expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

  • Assist in managing day-to-day spa operations
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
  • Monitor booking schedules and optimize appointment flow

Customer Experience

  • Deliver high-quality guest service and handle client inquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure a welcoming and relaxing environment for all guests

Team Support

  • Supervise and support therapists and front desk staff
  • Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
  • Maintain team motivation and productivity

Sales & Revenue

  • Promote spa services, packages, and retail products
  • Support achieving monthly sales targets
  • Upsell treatments and recommend products to clients

Administrative Duties

  • Assist in inventory management and stock control
  • Handle basic reporting, cash handling, and daily sales records
  • Support marketing activities and promotions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving ability
  • Knowledge of spa treatments and products
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Spa Management, or related field
  • Experience in luxury spa or wellness center
