We are seeking an experienced SPA Assistant Manager with 2 years of experience in luxury spa or five-star hospitality environments to oversee spa operations within our premium residential community. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional wellness experiences aligned with high-end real estate brand standards and elite clientele expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
- Assist in managing day-to-day spa operations
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
- Monitor booking schedules and optimize appointment flow
Customer Experience
- Deliver high-quality guest service and handle client inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Ensure a welcoming and relaxing environment for all guests
Team Support
- Supervise and support therapists and front desk staff
- Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Maintain team motivation and productivity
Sales & Revenue
- Promote spa services, packages, and retail products
- Support achieving monthly sales targets
- Upsell treatments and recommend products to clients
Administrative Duties
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Handle basic reporting, cash handling, and daily sales records
- Support marketing activities and promotions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-focused with problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of spa treatments and products
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
