- Rosewood AMAALA, an ultra-luxury wellness and lifestyle destination within Red Sea Global, is seeking gracious and service-oriented Spa Concierges to join our pre-opening team. Rooted in Rosewood's philosophy of A Sense of Place, this role ensures every guest's spa and wellness journey is seamless, personalized, and unforgettable. - Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, creating a serene and memorable first impression.
- Manage spa reservations, treatment scheduling, and guest preferences through efficient coordination and attention to detail.
- Provide detailed information on spa treatments, wellness offerings, facilities, and retail products with in-depth product knowledge.
- Anticipate guest needs and personalize each experience, ensuring smooth transitions throughout their spa journey.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with empathy and efficiency, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, guest profiles, and payment transactions following Rosewood standards and confidentiality policies.
- Support therapists and the Spa management team with daily operations, ensuring readiness of treatment rooms, amenities, and guest flow.
- Manage inventory of retail products, assist with merchandising, and promote products aligned with guest wellness goals.
- Uphold the highest levels of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in all spa reception and waiting areas.
- Adhere to KSA spa regulations, safety protocols, and Rosewood's Forbes and LQA service benchmarks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 23 years of experience in a luxury spa, wellness retreat, or five-star hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness philosophies, and guest service excellence.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a calm and composed demeanor.
- Passionate about wellness, holistic living, and creating meaningful guest connections.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Thai, or Mandarin) are an advantage.
- Proficient in spa booking systems or PMS platforms (e.g., Book4Time, SpaSoft, Opera).
- Previous experience in pre-opening or ultra-luxury brands preferred.
