Job Requirements: Spa Manager
1. Education & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in Hospitality Management, Heath, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven Experience: Typically +5 years of experience in spa operations, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of spa treatments (massages, facials, body treatments), wellness trends, and beauty products.
• Certifications: Professional certifications in Therapy, Cosmetology, or Spa Management are a significant plus.
2. Key Responsibilities (Core Duties)
• Operations Management: Overseeing daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and facility maintenance.
• Staff Leadership: Recruiting, training, and scheduling therapists, receptionists, and attendants.
• Financial Oversight: Managing budgets, tracking KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and maximizing revenue through upselling and retail.
• Customer Excellence: Handling guest complaints professionally and ensuring a 5-star service experience.
• Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels for professional products and retail items. Knowledge in the products.

• Leadership: Ability to motivate a diverse team and maintain high morale.
• Customer journey: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with high-end clientele.
