Spa/Massage Therapist

A leading international hotel group in Saudi Arabia is seeking talented Spa Therapists with experience in luxury hotels or high-end wellness centers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in delivering premium spa treatments and creating memorable, relaxing experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and wellness therapies

• Conduct guest consultations and recommend customized treatment plans

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, tools, and spa areas

• Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and discretion throughout treatments

• Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue

• Follow up with guests post-treatment to ensure comfort and receive feedback

• Keep accurate records and follow spa operational procedures

• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times

• Support reception tasks and assist with inventory management when needed

Qualification & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; recognized certification in Spa or Massage Therapy

• At least 2 years’ experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or wellness centers

• Knowledge of various massage and wellness techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy)

• Understanding of anatomy, skincare, and holistic wellness practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

• Presentable and well-groomed in line with luxury standards

• Ability to maintain a calm and serene environment for guests

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
