Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented personality.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Previous customer service or front office experience is an advantage.
