Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Spa Receptionist role based in New Cairo. The Spa Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Daily tasks include scheduling and confirming appointments, responding to inquiries about services and pricing, and maintaining accurate client records. The role also involves handling payments, issuing receipts, and supporting basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence. The Spa Receptionist will coordinate with therapists and other team members to ensure a smooth guest experience, maintain a tidy reception area, and uphold spa policies and standards.
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and warmly with guests and team members.
  • Proficiency in receptionist duties and phone etiquette, including managing multi-line phone systems and appointment scheduling.
  • Solid clerical skills, such as data entry, filing, handling payments, and basic computer literacy (email, scheduling software, office applications).
  • Previous experience in a spa, salon, hospitality, or front-desk environment is an advantage.
  • Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced setting, with strong attention to detail and reliability.
  • Professional appearance, punctuality, and a consistent commitment to confidentiality and guest privacy.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
