Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Spa Receptionist role located in Hurghada. The Spa Receptionist welcomes guests, manages check-in and check-out procedures for spa services, and provides clear information about treatments, facilities, and schedules. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling and confirming appointments, and maintaining accurate booking records. The role also involves processing payments, handling guest requests and concerns professionally, and coordinating with spa therapists and other resort departments to ensure smooth operations. The Spa Receptionist keeps the reception area organized, updates guest files, and supports administrative and clerical activities that contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Experience with receptionist duties, including greeting guests, managing appointments, and coordinating schedules.
  • Professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle inquiries and reservations efficiently.
  • Clerical skills such as record keeping, data entry, and basic administrative support.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or hotel front office is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking or reservation systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by resort operations.
