Spa Therapist
LOCATION
Amman, Jordan - Private Royal Estate
(The Client will arrange the work visa and relocation if not local)
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Spa Therapist will deliver world-class massage and spa treatments within a private royal estate, providing a refined, relaxing, and restorative experience for family members and VIP guests. This role requires a polished, stable, and professional therapist who embodies discretion, poise, and consistent excellence in all aspects of service.
Qualifications / Certifications
- Diploma or license in Spa Therapy, Aesthetics, or Physiotherapy (required)
- Certification in massage techniques such as Swedish, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Thai, and Hot Stone (preferred)
- Additional knowledge in facials, body scrubs, or relaxation treatments highly regarded
- Up-to-date hygiene and safety standards knowledge
- Fluent English
- Fluent Tagalog
- Must be available for a trial at short notice.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 5-8 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in luxury hotels, resorts, or private households
- Proven stability in employment — consistent tenure in previous roles required
- Superior technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in multiple massage modalities
- Excellent grooming standards with a calm, polished, and approachable personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented mindset
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Positive attitude, patience, and a professional, well-presented appearance
- Culturally sensitive, discreet, and adaptable to royal household standards
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver luxury massage and spa treatments with exceptional technique and professionalism
- Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene within all spa areas
- Maintain treatment records, product usage, and inventory accurately
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and amenities before and after each session
- Uphold palace standards of service, confidentiality, and protocol
- Support the Spa Manager or Supervisor in daily operations and special wellness requests
- Provide a calm, attentive, and personalised experience to every guest
SALARY
USD $1,800 - $2,000 gross per month (depending on experience and trial performance)
