We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Spa Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a variety of spa treatments while ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness services.
- Assess guests needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of treatment rooms according to spa standards.
- Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and satisfaction at all times.
- Promote spa services, packages, and retail products.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards strictly.
- Maintain accurate guest records and treatment documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or related field.
- Minimum [12] years of experience in a similar role (preferably in hotel or luxury spa).
- Knowledge of different massage techniques and skincare treatments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
