Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a full range of luxury spa treatments including massage, facials, body wraps, and holistic therapies to the highest international standards
- Conduct thorough guest consultations to assess needs, recommend personalized treatment plans, and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation standards across all treatment rooms, equipment, and product inventory
- Provide expert guidance on retail products and aftercare to enhance the guest wellness journey
- Collaborate seamlessly with front desk and wellness teams to ensure smooth scheduling and service flow
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques through continuous learning and professional development
Requirements
- Recognized international certification in massage therapy, esthetics, or related wellness discipline (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a luxury hotel spa or high-end wellness resort
- Proficiency in multiple massage modalities (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong commitment to guest-centric service, discretion, and professionalism
- Valid UAE work eligibility or willingness to relocate
