Spa Therapist

A Spa Therapist is responsible for providing professional treatments and services for guests, including but not limited to body and facial treatments, massages, home care advice and tour of the facilities. Maintaining safety and cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction regarding all areas of Spa services in accordance with company standards.

What will I be doing

As a Spa Therapist, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Deliver highquality massages, facials, and body treatments with exceptional attention to detail.
• Provide personalized, anticipatory service aligned with Forbes luxury expectations-remembering preferences and tailoring service accordingly.
• Maintain immaculate treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and facility excellence consistent with Forbesrated spas.
• Offer professional product and treatment recommendations that elevate the overall guest experience.
• Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and confidentiality at all times-core to Forbes service principles.
• Record guest preferences to support highly customized service, a hallmark of FiveStar Forbes properties.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the spa team to deliver a smooth, consistent guest journey.
• Uphold refined grooming, polished communication, and luxurylevel professionalism.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain worldclass service standards, as emphasized by Forbes Travel Guide.
• Hold recognized certifications and have experience within luxury spa environments.
