Spa Therapist to join our luxury spa team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives in a well-being and hospitality environment, delivering exceptional guest experiences.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly do:
- Provide a wide range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness therapies in line with brand standards
- Ensure all treatments are performed with professionalism, attention to detail, and consistent quality
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in treatment rooms and spa areas
- Deliver outstanding guest service, including consultation, advice, and personalized recommendations
- Build strong relationships with guests to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
- Support spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining treatment supplies
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth and efficient spa operations
What we need from you:
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist in luxury hotels or high-end spa environments
- Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or related fields
- Knowledge of a variety of spa and wellness treatments and techniques
- Strong communication skills and a guest-focused approach
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Professional, approachable, and team-oriented
