Spa Therapist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome guests warmly, providing a professional introduction and consultation before treatments.
• Understand guest preferences, medical conditions, and specific requirements to tailor treatments.
• Deliver massage and wellness services professionally, ensuring guest comfort and relaxation.
• Provide guidance on wellness techniques, exercises, or post-treatment care when appropriate.
• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and reflexology.
• Offer additional wellness treatments as per lounge/spa standards (e.g., stretching, hot stone therapy).
• Maintain high standards of service quality and consistency in all treatments.
• Monitor guest response during sessions to adjust techniques safely and effectively.
• Ensure all treatment areas, tools, linens, and equipment are sanitized according to hygiene and safety standards.
• Employees are also responsible for identifying sales opportunities, promoting our products/services, and driving business. (Except not required for direct sales roles)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Certification or diploma in massage therapy, physiotherapy, or a related wellness field.
• Valid certification as required by local regulatory authorities.
• Proven experience as a professional masseur/therapist in spa, wellness, or premium hospitality settings.
• Knowledge of various massage techniques and wellness treatments.
• Strong interpersonal and guest-service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and early/late shifts.
