As a Spa Therapist, We Rely On You To
- Ensure that each guest contact session is a delightful experience to the Guest
- Explain to the guest the benefit and procedures of the treatments. Give product knowledge of the active ingredients.
- Apply treatment procedures / products in accordance with established measurements and timeframe
- Always promote guest recreation activities
- Book appointments and ensure all needed information is recorded
- Answer all guest inquiries (personal or through telephone) and give information that is complete, accurate and timely
- Make decisions at the guest contact point to delight the guest without forgoing safety
- Ensure that during treatment it is essential to provide a comforting and relaxing atmosphere for the guest
- Help in maintaining the quality standards of the Department
- Inspect treatment room to ensure that the set-up of treatment room is in accordance with established standards before every treatment
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has therapist experience from a 5* hotel/International hotel
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English
- Is a Physical Therapy graduate or a graduate of any therapy related course
- Has special knowledge in facial cosmetology
