We are looking for an experienced professional spa trainer or beauty educator to deliver a high level of training to the luxury spas in the UAE. Ideal trainers will have in-depth professional knowledge of full-body massage, facials, and product training for new and existing staff. She should plan, organize, and lead the training and provide feedback to the management and suggestions for additional requirements as per the Company's Standardized procedure.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct training on various treatment techniques, theoretical and practical.
- Conduct product knowledge training and treatment protocol.
- Develop an in-house skills assessment checklist to evaluate all therapists periodically.
- Provide training to all spa and store staff, such as customer service, sales skills, product knowledge, operation flow, SOP, grooming, etc.
- Perform role-playing with staff to ensure the service standard is met.
- Collaborating with the marketing and retail operation team(to organize and conduct
- promotional and marketing activities such as Beauty workshops, seminars, and product launches)to support new product launches and events.
- To furnish the company with the latest marketing development and beauty information. Eg, competitors activities and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the management team to monitor and evaluate staff training needs.
- Other ad-hoc tasks are required.
- Set up and develop the foundation of our training programs and consistently ensure they fit in line with our high standards and service expectations.
- Ability to create a long-term training calendar and follow deadlines.
- Creating and implementing exceptional facial and body treatment SOPs.
Expertise:
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Electrotherapy Machine Treatment.
- Face and body Massage Therapy.
- Hydra & Derma Facial.
- Skin Rejuvenation & Pigmented Lesions
- Plus, will be a DHA License beauty therapist
- Should be well-versed in Anatomy & Physiology and physiotherapy certified.
Job Requirements
- Min 3 years of beauty training experience
- Ability to perform all face and body treatments & and train staff.
- Experienced in conductingtraining for the beauty industry.
- Must possess a professional certification in Beauty and spa (CIDESCO/ CIBTAC or similar beauty therapist certification.
- Preference for bilingual English and Arabic.
- To work independently Team player with a positive attitude and pleasant disposition
- Proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
