Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spanish Call Center Representative located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Spanish Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support, addressing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and offering solutions in a timely and efficient manner. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer records, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Centers skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Basic to intermediate level of Computer Literacy
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Ability to work on-site in Qesm 1st 6 October
  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
