Role Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Support (English- Spanish )

Representative for a full-time, remote role. In this position, you will handle customer inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction through problem resolution, and maintain communication with customers to identify and address their needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing customer support requests, assisting with product-related questions, and ensuring accurate and timely resolutions to escalated issues, all while delivering outstanding service.

• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare or medical supply products is a plus.
