The Job

Spanish Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handling Queries, Requests, and Complaints from customers tactfully in the Spanish language.
• Following standard processes and procedures when it comes to providing the solution.
• Providing Customer service at every interaction, ensuring end-to-end resolution by taking complete ownership of the customer in every transaction.
• Achieving superior customer engagement and ensuring a significant improvement in customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Exceptional Spanish language fluency, computer literacy, phone etiquette, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
