About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Spare Parts & Logistics Manager to take full ownership of our regional parts business. From pricing strategies and sales targets to warehouse operations and last-mile logistics, you will ensure a seamless supply chain that keeps our service stations running efficiently and our customers satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spare Parts Pricing: Develop and manage subsidiary spare parts pricing strategies to ensure market competitiveness and profitability.
- Spare Parts Sales: Coordinate with service stations and the headquarters parts department to formulate and decompose regional sales targets. Monitor procurement and sales progress across all service stations to ensure target achievement, and resolve any order-related issues.
- Warehouse Management: Collaborate with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers to oversee daily spare parts warehouse operations. Standardize and enforce full-process operational standards for inbound, storage, outbound, and inventory counting.
- Spare Parts Logistics: Evaluate and manage local logistics carriers by monitoring transportation timeliness, cargo damage rates, and service response times. Conduct regular performance assessments to ensure high-quality delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of automotive spare parts management experience (including 2+ years of team management).
- Comprehensive understanding of the full spare parts lifecycle, including planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and inventory management.
- Proven ability to manage key inventory metrics such as turnover rate and stockout rate, effectively balancing cost control with supply reliability.
- Fluent in English, with strong data analysis skills and the ability to handle logistics exceptions proactively.
- Prior experience in OEM spare parts management or with Chinese automotive brands is highly preferred.
