Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar for a Spare Parts Controller. The Spare Parts Controller will be responsible for managing and organizing spare parts inventory. Key tasks include monitoring stock levels, processing orders, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring the timely procurement and distribution of parts. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, overseeing stock transfers, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in inventory management, stock control, and spare parts cataloging
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and generate reports
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Technical knowledge or experience in spare parts management is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant software or systems for inventory and logistics management
  • Analytical skills for forecasting stock requirements and optimizing inventory levels
