Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spare Parts Counter Salesperson, located in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The role involves assisting customers in identifying and purchasing the correct spare parts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing inventory control. The Spare Parts Counter Salesperson will also handle daily sales operations, maintain product knowledge, and provide excellent customer service to meet the needs of clients efficiently and effectively.

Sales skills 2-3 years, including the ability to advise customers and meet sales targets in Hydraulic spare parts, AC spare parts, de-watering, and hydraulic hoses in UAE.

Customer Interaction: Assist customers at the counter and handle their parts requests via email and phone. Develop and enforce service guidelines to maximize customer satisfaction

Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Read and understand the parts catalogue when looking up and speaking to specific parts.

Answer phone calls, provide price quotes, and provide other information to customers.

Order Processing: Support end-to-end order fulfilment to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide outstanding client experiences
  • Mechanical Diploma grade
  • Proficient in Inventory Control and proficient organization of spare parts
  • Sales skills, including the ability to advise customers and meet sales targets
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
  • Basic computer literacy for managing sales transactions and inventory systems
  • Knowledge of hydraulic parts and dewatering equipment is highly advantageous
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
