KEY DUTIES KEY REQUIREMENTS
Handling and managing customer complaints and issues in a timely Degree in Business or Engineering
manner With more than 5 years of professional experience as a Spare
Ensuring the inventory levels are maintained accurately Parts Manager or a similar role in sales industry
Making a list of the parts that need to be purchased Applicants from KSA must have a valid Saudi Engineering
Selling manufactured parts to the customers Council Certificate
Supervising the shipment issues of the parts ordered Fluent in English Language (Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
Managing the team members and delegating tasks to them Strong Communications and Inter-Personal Skills
Looking out for new suppliers offering better quality products Excellent Computer and Technical Reporting Skills
Providing training sessions for the new team members Ability to maintain a positive working environment
Resolving any inconsistencies for all the purchase orders Outstanding sales and organizational skills
Maintaining a strong relationship with the vendors and suppliers Ability to maintain the store records accurately
Planning and creating promotional campaigns for parts on sale
Preparing monthly and annual sales part reports
