Job Summary
To ensure availability of the spare parts and tools as required and manage them from order initiation to receiving, handling, distribution and storage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory Management
- Ensure the availability of all Spare parts and tools as requested.
- Order spare parts and tools to replenish the stock inventory.
- Ensure timely dispatch and distribution of all spare parts and tools to technicians.
Stock Control & Reporting
- Conduct a physical count of inventory to ensure that the stock data on paper matches the inventory that's in the storage.
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies or variances.
- Generate inventory reports, stock movement reports, and aging stock reports as required.
Administrative & Compliance Duties
- Ensure all inventory documentation is accurate and properly filed.
- Adhere to company policies, inventory procedures, and quality standards.
- Support internal audits by providing required documentation and inventory records.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree (Preferred) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1 - 4 years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) and inventory software, SAP experience is preferable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
