Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Spare Parts Specialist. The Spare Parts Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring inventory control, and handling customer service requests. The role involves maintaining high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and providing necessary spare parts in a timely manner. The specialist will also be required to liaise with suppliers and manage procurement processes.
