What will you be doing at MBRF
- Manage daily spare parts warehouse operations, including goods receiving, quality and quantity checks, storage, material movements and proper documentation
- Ensure accurate inventory records by monitoring stock levels, investigating discrepancies between purchase orders, delivery notes and physical stock, and recording all movements in SAP
- Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and spot checks, investigate differences and take necessary corrective actions
- Monitor slow-moving materials and manage approximately 7,500 SKUs, supporting effective inventory planning and control
- Coordinate with Planning, Maintenance and other relevant teams to resolve operational and purchasing issues and ensure smooth daily warehouse activities
- Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse by determining appropriate storage locations and identifying maintenance needs related to the warehouse's physical structure
- Ensure compliance with HSE, fire safety and legal requirements, and support internal, customer and public institution audits with the required documentation
- Identify and implement process and inventory control improvements, while guiding warehouse team members on operational standards and best practices
- High School or Associate Degree graduate
- 2–5 years of experience in warehousing and logistics, including at least 1–2 years of experience in spare parts, food products/commodities and/or cold storage
- Good knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations and storage systems
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Knowledge of KPIs, management tools and production operations/processes
- Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong sense of ownership
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
